- Turkey 10 oz
- 10% cream 2 tablespoons
- White Cabbage 5 oz
- Carrot 5 oz
- Beetroot 5 oz
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Dried cranberries with sugar 0 oz
- Narshehab sauce to taste
- Balsamic Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Season the ground turkey with salt and pepper, add cream, and mix well. With wet hands, roll small meatballs. Cook in a steamer for 10 minutes.
Step 2
For the salad, finely shred the cabbage, season with salt, and massage it well. Grate the raw carrot and beetroot into fine strips. Mix all the vegetables, add dried cranberries, and dress the salad with oil and balsamic vinegar.
Step 3
Drizzle the finished meatballs with narsharab sauce and serve with the salad.
