Ingredients
- Turkey 0 lbs
- Carrot 1 piece
- Onion 2 heads
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Cheese Spread 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Paprika to taste
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Passata Tomato Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Sugar to taste
- Cream ¼ cup
- Pasta (corkscrew) to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix 1 kg of ground turkey, 1 small grated carrot, 1 small finely chopped onion, minced garlic clove, 50 g of grated hard cheese, salt, pepper, and ground paprika to taste.
Step 2
Form large meatballs from the mixture and bake them in the oven until cooked through.
Step 3
While they are cooking, boil pasta or another side dish of your choice and prepare the sauce.
Step 4
Sauté 1 large finely chopped onion and 1 minced garlic clove in vegetable oil, add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, fresh herbs, salt, and sugar to taste, pour in ¼ cup of cream, bring to a boil, blend until smooth, and bring to a boil again.
Step 5
Place the pasta on a plate, top with some sauce, then add the meatballs, and finally pour the remaining sauce on top.
