- Turkey 4 pieces
- Mushroom seasoning 2 tablespoons
- Ground coriander to taste
- Marinated cherries 3 pieces

Wash and dry the meat.
Step 2
Apply mushroom sauce to the meat.
Step 3
Sprinkle the meat with coriander.
Step 4
Wrap the meat in foil.
Step 5
Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Step 6
Place the meat in a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
Step 7
Put in a preheated oven at 355°F (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for 1 hour.
Step 8
Remove the meat from the oven and unwrap the foil.
Step 9
Return to the oven for another 15 minutes.
Step 10
Remove from the oven and let cool. Garnish with cherry tomatoes before serving.
