Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 0 oz
- Garlic 7 cloves
- Olive Oil 2 teaspoons
- Fresh basil leaves to taste
- Ground coriander to taste
- Savory to taste
- Red Curry Powder to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the fillet into portion-sized pieces.
Step 2
Prepare a brine solution. Pour water into a pot, add salt and pepper to taste, and stir until the salt dissolves. Place the turkey in the solution and marinate in a cool place for 2 hours. After the time is up, remove the meat and pat it dry.
Step 3
Peel and slice the garlic. Make deep cuts in each piece of meat and insert a slice of garlic into each cut.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, mix all the spices, add olive oil, and stir until well combined.
Step 5
Generously rub the meat with the mixture on all sides and wrap it in aluminum foil.
Step 6
Bake at 480°F (482 degrees Fahrenheit) for 20–30 minutes.
