Turkey Fillet with Chili Pepper
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 20 oz
- Onion 2 heads
- Chicken Broth 10 fl oz
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Mild Chili Spice 1 piece
- Tortillas 4 pieces
- Tomatoes 25 oz
- Canned Corn 5 oz
- Cilantro 1 bunch
- Feta cheese 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the turkey fillet in broth with 1/2 onion and 1 clove of garlic until cooked, about 30 minutes.
Step 2
For the sauce, pour boiling water over the tomatoes, peel them, and strain through a sieve. Finely chop the remaining onion, garlic, cilantro, and chili pepper, and mix with the tomato puree. Add the corn to the sauce.
Step 3
Remove the turkey meat from the broth and cut into cubes.
Step 4
Warm the tortillas.
Step 5
Mix the meat with the cubed feta cheese, drizzle with sauce, and serve with the tortillas. Optionally, garnish with leafy greens.
