Turkey Fillet with Cheese French Style
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 10 oz
- Hard Cheese 0 oz
- Lemon-Pepper Mix to taste
- Pink Himalayan Salt to taste
- Onion 0 oz
- Marinated cherries 0 oz
- Mayonnaise 3 tablespoons
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Scallions to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the cherry tomatoes.
Step 2
Add salt.
Step 3
Cut the onion into thin rings.
Step 4
Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat.
Step 5
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 6
Place the turkey breast steaks in the skillet. Sear over high heat for 2–3 minutes.
Step 7
Add salt and pepper.
Step 8
Flip the steaks and sear for another 2 minutes. Reduce heat to medium. Spread mayonnaise on top of the steaks.

Add pepper.

Top with onion.
Step 11
Top with sliced cherry tomatoes.

Sprinkle with cheese.

Cover with a lid and cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 14
Transfer to a plate, add green onion, and serve.
