Ingredients
- Chicken fillet ½ kg
- Broccoli 15 oz
- Carrot 2 pieces
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Cheese Spread 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Olive Oil 3 spoons
- Dill ½ bunches
- Parsley ½ bunches
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Dice the fillet, heat olive oil in a deep skillet, and simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Add the julienned carrots.
Step 3
Add the broccoli, pour in water, cover with a lid, and simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Grate the garlic and add it to the sour cream, along with the herbs and grated cheese.
Step 5
Add the sour cream cheese and garlic sauce and simmer for a few minutes until cooked through.
