- 10% cream 2 spoons
- Soy Sauce 2 spoons
- Onion 1 piece
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Lemon-Pepper Mix to taste

Step 1
Cut the turkey fillet, place it in a skillet, and simmer over medium heat for 10–15 minutes.
Step 2
Chop the onion and add it to the fillet, continuing to simmer for about 5 minutes, until the onion becomes soft.
Step 3
Finely chop the garlic and add it to the skillet with the turkey.
Step 4
Next, add sour cream, soy sauce, a mixture of peppers, and salt to taste to the mixture. Stir everything together, add a bit of boiled water to achieve a liquid consistency for the sauce, and simmer for another 10 minutes until it thickens.
