Ingredients
- Turkey Escalopes 5 oz
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil 1 teaspoon
- Ocean salt to taste
- Lemon-Pepper Mix to taste
- Herbes de Provence to taste
- Curry ½ teaspoon
- Greens to taste
- Flaky sea salt a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat olive oil in a pan with a pinch of coarse salt.
Step 2
Add mustard oil.
Step 3
Place the escalope in the pan. Sauté for 2–3 minutes over high heat.
Step 4
Add curry.
Step 5
Flip and sauté over medium heat for another 3–4 minutes.
Step 6
Add the pepper mix.
Step 7
Salt to taste.
Step 8
Add the herbs.
Step 9
Cover and simmer over medium heat for 5–7 minutes.
Step 10
Garnish the plate with greens, place the escalope, and serve.
