Turkey Cutlets with Parsley Puree
Ingredients
- Turkey 20 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Non-alcoholic sparkling wine 2 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the onion and cut it into four large pieces.
Step 2
Wash the parsley and separate the leaves from the stems. Place the onion and parsley in a blender and blend until pureed.
Step 3
Mix the parsley and onion puree into the ground turkey, add the egg, season with salt and pepper, and mix thoroughly until the mixture is homogeneous.
Step 4
Add two tablespoons of sparkling mineral water to the mixture and mix again thoroughly.
Step 5
Heat three tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Take spoonfuls of the mixture and place them in the pan. Fry over medium heat for 4 minutes on each side (add a little more oil if necessary).
