Ingredients
- Turkey 20 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles 10 oz
- Onion 2 pieces
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Breadcrumbs to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel and finely chop the onion and mushrooms. Lightly salt and sauté until all the liquid has evaporated.
Step 2
Form a small patty from the ground turkey. Place the filling in the center. Shape into a cutlet and coat in breadcrumbs.
Step 3
Fry the cutlets in vegetable oil on both sides.
