Turkey Cutlets with Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients
- Cream 0 fl oz
- Chicken fillet 20 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Beans 5 oz
- Thyme 0 oz
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Salad Potatoes 15 oz
- Ocean salt 0 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Frozen spinach discs 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the bread in milk.
Step 2
Prepare the minced turkey (or you can use ready-made).
Step 3
Grate the onion or blend it into a paste in a blender (this will make it very fine and release more juice).
Step 4
Add the chicken egg, squeezed bread, leaves from three sprigs of thyme, grated onion, and salt to the minced meat.
Step 5
With wet hands, form balls from the minced meat and roll them in flour, placing them in a heated pan with oil. Quickly fry on both sides.
Step 6
When the cutlets are browned, add hot water to the pan, reduce the heat, and simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 7
Prepare the mashed potatoes and add the previously chopped spinach.
Step 8
Add cream to the mashed potatoes and whip the mixture with a mixer.
Step 9
Serve the cutlets with the mashed potatoes.
