Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 20 oz
- White bread 4 pieces
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Onion 1 head
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Chopped Sage Leaves 3 spoons
- Wheat Flour 2 spoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a blender, chop the fillet into minced meat. Soak the bread in milk, squeeze out the excess, and add it to the turkey. Mix well and refrigerate.
Step 2
In a skillet, sauté the chopped onion and garlic until soft, then add the parsley and stir. Combine the onion mixture with the ground meat, add the beaten egg, season, and mix until a uniform consistency is achieved.
Step 3
Shape the prepared minced meat into patties and coat them in flour. Fry over medium heat until cooked through.
