- Turkey 20 oz
- Canned Corn 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step 1
So, mix the ground turkey, egg, salt, pepper, and corn well, then form into cutlets.
Step 2
Place the cutlets in a baking dish greased with olive oil. You can also brush a little oil on top (with a special brush).
Step 3
Bake for 40 minutes at 355°F.
