Turkey Cutlets on a Vegetable Bed
Ingredients
- Turkey 15 oz
- Courgette 15 oz
- Eggplants 5 oz
- Ramiro Pepper 5 oz
- Onion 5 oz
- Leek 0 oz
- Garlic 0 oz
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Olive Oil 1 teaspoon
- Soy Sauce 3 tablespoons
- Red Curry Powder 2 tablespoons
- Scallions 0.3 bunches
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the zucchini and cut it into large cubes.
Step 2
Do the same with the eggplant. Combine the vegetables in a deep baking dish.
Step 3
Cut the leek into thick rings.
Step 4
Chop the onion coarsely.
Step 5
Cut the Ramiro pepper into slightly smaller pieces.
Step 6
Add the coarsely chopped garlic, season with olive oil and soy sauce.
Step 7
Add curry (1.5 tablespoons) and mix thoroughly.
Step 8
Form cutlets from the ground turkey and place them on the vegetables.
Step 9
Brush the cutlets with mustard oil and sprinkle with curry.
Step 10
Place in a preheated oven at 355°F.
Step 11
After 30 minutes, remove from the oven and sprinkle with finely chopped green onion. Ready.
