- Ketchup 2 tablespoons
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 5 oz
- Mustard Greens 2 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pass the turkey breast through a meat grinder with large holes. In a bowl, mix the minced meat, spinach, onion, breadcrumbs, parsley, oregano, egg whites, salt, and pepper.
Step 2
Spread half of the mixture evenly in a baking dish, sprinkle with grated cheese, and then distribute the remaining mixture on top.
Step 3
Mix the ketchup with the mustard and spread the resulting mixture over the casserole.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 355°F. Bake for 1 hour until a golden crust forms. Let it sit for 10 minutes, then you can cut it.
