Turkey Breast with Broccoli
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 10 oz
- Broccoli 1 head
- Natural Yogurt 6 teaspoons
- Soy Sauce 2 teaspoons
- Dijon Mustard 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the fillet, cut it lengthwise (like steaks), and pound it until almost transparent.
Step 2
Boil the broccoli and puree it. Mix the yogurt with the soy sauce and mustard. Coat half of the 'steaks' with the sauce and place them in a baking dish. The layer should not be thick.
Step 3
Set aside some sauce for coating the second half of the turkey, add the rest to the broccoli, mix, and spread it over the turkey, covering it with the remaining meat after coating it. It’s best to cover the top layer with the yogurt mixture as well.
Step 4
Place in a preheated oven at 390°F for about 20–30 minutes.
