Turkey Breast Schnitzel
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 15 oz
- Canned Truffles 10 oz
- Bacon 5 oz
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Onion 1 head
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
- Cheese Spread 0 oz
- Rosemary to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Red Long Chili Peppers to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Lightly sprinkle the meat with flour and pound it, covering with plastic wrap.
Step 2
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and fry the schnitzels on both sides for 1–2 minutes.
Step 3
Transfer the schnitzels to a baking dish and grate cheese on top.
Step 4
In the pan used for frying the meat, heat the remaining olive oil and sauté finely chopped bacon, onion, and garlic.
Step 5
Add the mushrooms and sauté for a couple of minutes.
Step 6
Blanch the tomatoes, chop finely, and add them to the bacon and mushrooms.
Step 7
Season with pepper and rosemary, sauté for 2–3 minutes, and place on top of the meat.
Step 8
Bake in the oven at 355°F for 10–15 minutes.
