Ingredients
- Turkey 2 pieces
- Potato 4 pieces
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Spanish onions ½ heads
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Fresh basil leaves to taste
- Rosemary to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Ocean salt to taste
- Prunes 8 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Drizzle the turkey drumsticks with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper, rosemary, and basil. Add the chopped onion and the garlic heads cut into quarters. Rub the turkey pieces well.
Step 2
Place the meat on the foil and top it with prunes.
Step 3
Peel the potatoes and slice them into medium-thick rounds. Drizzle with oil, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with rosemary. Arrange the potatoes around the turkey.
Step 4
Cover the meat with potatoes with foil, folding the edges. Place in a preheated oven at 390°F for 45 minutes.
Step 5
Remove the envelope from the oven, cut open the foil, and return it to the oven to brown for 10 minutes at a temperature of 430°F.
