Description

It is better to take portioned pieces of turkey, which are sold in supermarkets. Having bones in them is forgivable.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet 30 oz
  • Red Grape Juice 0.7 cups
  • Sour Cream 6 tablespoons
  • Olive Oil 0 fl oz
  • Black Cumin (Cumin) 1½ tablespoons
  • Dried Rosemary 1½ tablespoons
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 0 oz
  • Raisins to taste
  • Oranges 1 piece
  • Coriander essential oil to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Squeeze the juice from the orange. Mix with 0.5 cups of red wine and olive oil. Add coriander if you are using it.

Step 2

Cut the turkey into portioned pieces. Dip in the marinade and leave for 20–40 minutes.

Step 3

Drain the marinade. Rub the turkey pieces with cumin and rosemary, and sauté in a pan over high heat until cooked.

Step 4

Grease a baking sheet or rack with vegetable oil. Dip each piece of turkey in the remaining wine, then in sour cream. Place on the rack, sprinkle with raisins and grated cheese. Bake at a temperature of 150–355°F for 20–25 minutes.
