Ingredients
- Onion 1 head
- Carrot 2 pieces
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Eggplants 1 piece
- Turkey 30 oz
- Salad Potatoes 0 lbs
- Salt to taste
- Ginger a pinch
- Courgette 1 piece
- Spices to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel, wash, and finely chop the onion.
Step 2
Peel, wash, and finely chop the carrot.
Step 3
Wash and finely chop the tomatoes.
Step 4
Wash, peel, and finely chop the eggplant.
Step 5
Wash, dry, and cut the meat into large pieces.
Step 6
Peel, wash, and finely chop the potatoes. Add spices.
Step 7
Combine the remaining vegetables, add salt, and add spices.
Step 8
Place the meat and add ginger.
Step 9
Put in the oven preheated to 390°F for 1.5 hours.
Step 10
Remove from the oven and let cool. Serve, garnished with cucumber.
