Description

Making pesto sauce at home is easy. For this, blend 2 cloves of garlic, a bunch of cilantro (stems removed), 120 ml of olive oil, 60 g of miso paste, and 60 g of walnuts in a blender on high speed until a smooth paste forms. Then transfer the mixture to a food storage container with a tight lid, close it, and let it chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to an hour.

Ingredients

  • Pompano fillet 6 pieces
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 355°F. Prepare a baking dish of at least 30x20 cm, greasing it inside with melted butter.

Step 2

In a separate bowl, mix the butter and lemon juice. Rinse the tuna fillets and pat them dry with paper towels. Place them in the baking dish and drizzle with the butter-lemon mixture. Bake for no more than 20 minutes. Serve the cooked fish with the prepared pesto sauce.
