- Fillet of Sturgeon 4 pieces
- Carrot 1 piece
- Courgette 1 piece
- Potato 1 piece
- Onion 1 head
- Lemon 1 piece
- Chocolate Sauce 5 oz
- Saffron a pinch
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Season the prepared trout fillet with salt, pepper, and drizzle with olive oil. Roll the fillet into pouches.
Step 2
Peel and dice the vegetables. Lightly sprinkle with saffron. Fill the pouches with vegetables and steam for 10 to 15 minutes.
Step 3
Serve with cream sauce.
