Trout with Tarragon

Ingredients

  • Tarragon 10 stems
  • Golden Trout 2 pieces
  • Lemon 1 piece
  • Lemon-Pepper Mix to taste
  • Grated Ginger Root ½ teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Remove the gills and entrails from the trout. Rub the inside of the fish with salt, pepper, and ginger. Place the tarragon stems inside and drizzle with lemon juice.

Step 2

Spread oil and salt on top of the trout, wrap in foil, and place in the oven. Bake at 355°F for 20–30 minutes.
