Ingredients

  • Trout 4 pieces
  • Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
  • Dill 3 tablespoons
  • Vegetable Oil 5 tablespoons
  • Parsley 0 oz
  • Sour Cream 1 jar
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut off the heads of the trout and rinse well. Season with salt and stuff with a mixture of chopped dill and parsley.

Step 2

Coat in flour and fry in vegetable oil. Pour in a glass of sour cream and simmer on low heat for 5–6 minutes. Serve hot with boiled potatoes.
