Ingredients

  • Trout 5 oz
  • Wheat Flour 0 oz
  • Clarified Butter 0 oz
  • Lemon 0 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Parsley to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Rinse the processed trout and flatten it.

Step 2

Cut the resulting fillets across into pieces.

Step 3

Season with salt.

Step 4

Dredge in flour and fry in butter on both sides until golden brown.

Step 5

Separately, fry the peeled and sliced potatoes.

Step 6

Serve the trout on a platter along with the fried potatoes, garnished with parsley sprigs.

Step 7

Serve lemon separately.
