Ingredients
- Morels 5 oz
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Trout 2 pieces
- Lemon ½ piece

Step 1
Rinse the trout (cleaned and gutted).
Step 2
Rub the fish with salt and sprinkle with pepper.
Step 3
Clean, wash, and chop the mushrooms and shrimp.
Step 4
Stuff the fish with the prepared mushrooms and shrimp.
Step 5
Place the ingredients in a Tupperware 'UltraPro' pot (2.5 L) and bake in the oven at 355°F until cooked (about 20 minutes).
