
Trout in Soy-Honey Marinade

Ingredients
- Soy Sauce 4 spoons
- Honey 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil 2 spoons
- Garlic 1 clove
- Mild Chili Spice to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Toasted Sesame to taste
- Trout 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. Remove all bones from the fish.
Step 2
Mix the marinade ingredients (everything except the sesame seeds) and add the pieces of fish, skin side up. Let the fish marinate for about 30 minutes at room temperature; it can be left longer in the refrigerator.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 445°F. Place the fish skin-side down, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and bake it along with the marinade for about 12–15 minutes. You can skip the sesame seeds if you prefer; I think it tastes better that way.
