Trout in Lavash

Ingredients
- Trout 5 oz
- Armenian Lavash 10 oz
- Tarragon 5 oz
- Cilantro 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grease a pot with butter.
Step 2
Prepare the trout, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Cut into portion-sized pieces.
Step 4
Place lavash at the bottom of the pot, then add the prepared fish.
Step 5
If the fish is small, place it whole.
Step 6
Cover the fish with a layer of washed herbs (tarragon and cilantro) and cover with lavash.
Step 7
Tightly close the pot with a lid and simmer the fish over low heat.
Step 8
Serve the trout wrapped in a piece of lavash.
