Ingredients
- Trout 1 piece
- Kiwi 1 piece
- Onion 1 piece
- Salt 1½ tablespoons

Step 1
Gut the trout, remove the gills, but leave the scales.
Step 2
Rub the fish with salt inside and out.
Step 3
Peel the onion and slice it into half-rings. Wash the kiwi and slice it into rings. Stuff the fish with onion and kiwi.
Step 4
Wrap in foil and place in a preheated oven at 390°F for 40 minutes.
