  • Trout 1 piece
  • Lime 1 piece
  • Soy Sauce 3 tablespoons
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Safflower Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Basil 2 teaspoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash and clean the fish.

Step 2

Cut the lime in half. Squeeze the juice from one half, combine it with the soy sauce and oil, add the minced garlic, black pepper, and basil, and mix everything together.

Step 3

Preheat the oven.

Step 4

Prepare a foil envelope, place the fish on it, make cuts, and insert slices of the other half of the lime. Generously drizzle the prepared marinade inside and outside, then close the envelope. Bake for 30 minutes, then open the envelope and let the fish brown for 10 minutes.
