Description

Trout baked in paper with potatoes

Ingredients

  • Tarragon 0 oz
  • Trout 2 pieces
  • Lemon ½ piece
  • Parsley 0 oz
  • Dill 0 oz
  • Scallions 0 oz
  • Black Cumin (Cumin) 0 oz
  • Salad Potatoes 20 oz
  • Parmesan Cheese 0 oz
  • Olive Oil 0 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the lemon into slices about 5 mm thick, place 1/3 of the herbs and the sliced lemon inside the trout, then season with pepper, salt, and sprinkle the fish with cumin on the outside.

Step 2

Cut the potatoes in half and boil them in their skins over medium heat for 15 minutes, then grate the parmesan cheese using a coarse grater.

Step 3

Layer the paper in several layers, leaving a long edge, place half of the remaining herbs, and then lay the fish on top of the herbs.

Step 4

Place the remaining herbs on top of the trout so that the fish is separated from the paper on all sides (leave 2 sprigs of dill for garnish).

Step 5

Wrap the paper tightly, securing the edges so that the fish is in an envelope; bake the fish in a preheated oven at 390°F for 12 minutes; separate the fish fillet.

Step 6

Peel the cooked potatoes, mash them well with a fork, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 0.5 of the parmesan, season with salt, and mix everything thoroughly.

Step 7

Place the fish fillet and potatoes on a plate, drizzle the potatoes with 1 teaspoon of olive oil and sprinkle with parmesan, garnish the fish with dill and serve.
