Despite the multitude of ingredients and flavors, preparing chili con carne is very simple — you just need to gather some tasty products. In our chili con carne recipe, there is ground beef with beef broth, several types of peppers, sweet tomato paste, and hearty red beans. This wonderful concoction is best served with rice, corn chips, or any other starchy side dish.
Ingredients
- Lean Beef 20 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces
- Mild Chili Spice 1 piece
- Campbell's Beef Broth 10 fl oz
- Crushed Tomatoes in Their Own Juice 15 oz
- Red Canned Beans 15 oz
- Black Cumin (Cumin) 1 tablespoon
- Mild Chili Spice 1 tablespoon
- Paprika 1 tablespoon
- Marjoram ½ spoons
- Sugar to taste
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Passata Tomato Sauce 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Dice the sweet pepper.
Step 2
Also, chop the onion.
Step 3
Chop the garlic and chili pepper.
Step 4
In a deep skillet, heat the oil and sauté the onion over medium heat until it is translucent and tender.
Step 5
Add the pepper, garlic, ground chili, paprika, and cumin, mix well, and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 6
Increase the heat and add the minced meat, sauté it until browned, stirring constantly.
Step 7
Once the minced meat is fully cooked, add the broth.

Add tomatoes, tomato paste, marjoram, sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 9
Add the rinsed beans.
Step 10
Cover with a lid and let it simmer on low heat for another 10 minutes. Serve.
