  • Potato 15 oz
  • Chicken Egg 6 pieces
  • Cheese Spread 0 oz
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Pistachios to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the peeled and chopped potatoes in boiling water for 5 minutes. Spread in a thin layer in a greased deep dish.

Step 2

Mix the eggs, grated 'Manchego' cheese, crushed garlic, season with salt and pepper. Whisk and pour over the potatoes.

Step 3

Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool, then cut into squares and sprinkle with pine nuts.
