Tonkatsu Pork Chops
Ingredients
- Egg white 1 piece
- Wheat Flour 3 tablespoons
- Breadcrumbs 3 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Pork Blood 2 pieces
- Vegetables to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pound the fillet on both sides. Season with salt if desired.
Step 2
Lightly beat the egg. Dredge the fillet in flour, then in the egg, and finally in the breadcrumbs.
Step 3
Fry the fillet in oil on both sides. Do this quickly, as the meat is cut very thin. No more than 3–4 minutes on each side.
Step 4
Slice the cooked hot fillet into strips.
