  • Breadcrumbs ¼ cup
  • Olive Oil 1 teaspoon
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Grated Ginger Root ½ teaspoon

Boil the spinach for 5 minutes. Drain the water. Finely chop the onion, add the crumbled tofu, olive oil, and pepper. Mix thoroughly. Form into patties. Coat in breadcrumbs.
