Tilapia baked in foil with bell peppers

Ingredients

  • Tilapia 35 oz
  • Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces
  • Tomatoes 2 pieces
  • Herbs 1 bunch
  • Spices to taste
  • Vegetable Oil to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Rinse the tilapia and pat it dry.

Step 2

Chop the bell peppers and tomatoes. Season to taste and add a couple of tablespoons of vegetable or olive oil, herbs (if desired).

Step 3

Line a baking dish with foil.

Step 4

First place the fish, then the salad of bell peppers and tomatoes.

Step 5

Cover with foil and bake for 30–40 minutes at a temperature of 180–390°F. Remove the foil for the last 10 minutes and place under the broiler.
