Tian or Ratatouille
Main Dishes • French
Description
It's best to choose vegetables that are approximately the same diameter, but if you can't find them, it's not a big deal! I had some very slender zucchinis, and it didn't affect the taste of the tian at all. The divine aromas that will fill your home are sure to surprise your family members and even your neighbors, and no one will believe that the secret to this wonderful dish lies in simple thyme.
