
Thai-Style Baked Fish in Foil

Ingredients
- Chinese green beans 2 pieces
- Fish 4 pieces
- Sesame Oil 2 tablespoons
- Leek 1 piece
- Fish Oil 1 tablespoon
- Lime 1 piece
- Mild Chili Spice 1 piece
- Lime Juice 2 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Sugar ½ tablespoon
- Ground coriander 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a small skillet, heat the oil and sauté the finely chopped Chinese cabbage and leek. Spread the prepared vegetable mixture onto four rectangles of foil, placing two pieces of skinless flounder fillet on top.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix together the fish sauce, lime juice and zest, soy sauce, deseeded chopped chili, and sugar. Pour the prepared mixture over the fish, fold the foil into packets, place them on a baking sheet, and bake in a preheated oven at 390°F for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Let the packets cool for 1–2 minutes, unwrap them, and sprinkle with coriander.
