Ingredients

  • Pork Skewers 10 oz
  • Salt 1 teaspoon
  • Sichuan pepper 1 teaspoon
  • Rice Sweet Wine 1½ tablespoons
  • Chinese Five Spice ½ teaspoon
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Corn Starch 2 teaspoons
  • Vegetable Oil to taste

Step 1

Cut the ribs into small pieces. Make the marinade by mixing the spices and wine (or sherry) and marinate the meat for 15 minutes. Add the egg and cornstarch and mix thoroughly.

Step 2

Fry the pork ribs in hot oil for 3 minutes. Then remove or fry again until crispy.
