  • Olive Oil 0 fl oz
  • Black Bean Paste 2 tablespoons
  • Tiger shrimp in brine 20 oz
  • Pickled pearl onions 1 tablespoon
  • Coconut Milk 10 fl oz
  • Fresh basil leaves 1 tablespoon
  • Kaffir Lime Leaves 4 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a pan.

Step 2

Add the curry paste and cook for a while, then add the peeled shrimp, mix well, and pour in the coconut milk.

Step 3

Then add the green peppercorns and torn lime leaves. Cook on low heat for 7-8 minutes. Season with salt to taste and serve, garnished with chopped basil.
