Ingredients

  • Onion 1 piece
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Potato 1 piece
  • Egg white 2 pieces
  • Squid 1 piece
  • Shrimp 10 pieces
  • Rice 5 oz
  • Coconut Milk 5 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the rice.

Step 2

Turn on the wok on maximum heat on the gas stove. — Heat the empty wok for 15 seconds. — Pour in the coconut oil — after 15 seconds, add the onion and garlic to the wok. — After 10 seconds, add the squid and shrimp.

Step 3

Stir constantly — after 1 minute, crack 2 eggs, whisk the liquid egg mixture with a spatula so that the eggs break into many small solid pieces. — After 15 seconds, add the tomato pieces, continue stirring. — After 10 seconds, add the boiled rice, pour in the mixture of soy sauce and sugar, sprinkle with chili pepper to taste, and stir everything for the next 3 minutes.

Step 4

Turn off the heat. Drizzle the dish with lemon juice and sprinkle with cilantro leaves (if cilantro is not available, parsley or green onions can be used).
