  • Curry 2 spoons
  • Yogurt powder 10 oz
  • Cilantro 5 oz
  • Cucumbers 1 piece

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the chicken into small pieces and arrange them in a single layer in a baking dish. Prepare a mixture of one-third yogurt with curry paste, 3 tablespoons of chopped cilantro, and add salt and pepper. Drizzle the sauce over the chicken, turning the pieces until they are completely coated. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes or cover and refrigerate overnight.

Step 2

Transfer the marinated chicken to a rack placed over a baking tray, and roast in a preheated oven at 390°F for 35 to 40 minutes, until a golden crust forms.

Step 3

Combine the remaining yogurt with chopped cilantro, add finely diced cucumber, salt, and pepper. Serve the chicken with lime wedges, lettuce leaves, and sauce.
