
Teriyaki Salmon with Sesame

Description
You can also prepare teriyaki salmon skewers in the same way (see photo). Do everything the same but thread the salmon cut into large cubes onto wooden skewers.
Ingredients
- Ginger 5 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Date honey 1 tablespoon
- Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Toasted Sesame 2 tablespoons
- Sesame Oil to taste
- Smoked haddock fillet 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
For the teriyaki sauce, peel 2 cm of ginger root and grate it finely.
Step 2
Crush the garlic using a garlic press.
Step 3
Mix 2 tablespoons of soy sauce with 1 tablespoon of honey, add the ginger and garlic, mix well, and pour this mixture over the salmon.
Step 4
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 6
Drain the sauce from the pieces of salmon and set it aside.
Step 7
Place the salmon on baking paper and bake for about 15 minutes in the oven on the grill setting, periodically brushing with the sauce using a culinary brush.
Step 8
Remove the salmon and carefully dip it in the sauce mixed with sesame oil on all sides.
Step 9
Gently roll the salmon in sesame seeds.
Step 10
Serve with rice, drizzled with sauce on top.
