Prepare all the ingredients.

Place sage leaves on the chicken breast.

Wrap each piece with a strip of bacon and secure the bacon with toothpicks if necessary.

In a skillet over medium-low heat, melt the butter and sauté the meat until golden brown on both sides.

Transfer the meat to a clean dish and cover it with foil.

Pour some wine into the skillet and let it reduce by two-thirds.

Remove the toothpicks, place the meat on individual plates, and drizzle with wine sauce.
