Ingredients
- Veal Tenderloin 20 oz
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the meat (tenderloin), remove the tendons, cut into slices of two pieces per serving, and pound with a meat mallet or wooden hammer. Sprinkle the pounded pieces of meat with salt and pepper, and fry on both sides in a heavily heated skillet with oil.
Step 2
When serving, transfer the meat to a plate, and add a few tablespoons of broth or water to the skillet and bring to a boil. Pour the resulting juice over the meat. For garnish, serve green peas dressed with oil and carrot slices, as well as fried potatoes.
