Ingredients
- Veal Tenderloin 5 oz
- Lemon ¼ piece
- Butter 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Parsley to taste

Step 1
Cut the prepared tenderloin into pieces, one per serving, and lightly pound with a mallet.
Step 2
Sprinkle with salt and pepper, trim, and grill on a grater.
Step 3
Serve the tenderloin sprinkled with parsley, topped with pieces of butter and lemon.
