Ingredients
- Chicken hearts 25 oz
- Onion 2 pieces
- Cream 22% 15 fl oz
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Ocean salt to taste
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Chopped Sage Leaves 1 bunch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the onion and chop it into large cubes. Sauté in well-heated olive oil until translucent.
Step 2
Rinse the turkey hearts and cut them lengthwise into 4 pieces. Add to the sautéed onions.
Step 3
Pour in the cream. Simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Add salt and finely chopped garlic to the pan.
Step 5
Tear the basil leaves by hand and add them to the simmering turkey hearts.
Step 6
Simmer for another 10 minutes until cooked through.
