Description

For this recipe, it's best to use a mix of pork and beef in a 50/50 or 30/70 ratio. The number of sheets of dry lasagna will depend on the size of your baking dish, as well as the number of layers you wish to repeat.

  • Veal Mince 20 oz
  • Basil Pesto Cheese 10 fl oz
  • Ketchup 6 teaspoons
  • Chili jam 2 spoons
  • Ready-made dry lasagna sheets 6 pieces
  • Semi-soft cream cheese 10 oz
  • Melted Cheese 5 oz
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 4 spoons
  • Italian chopped parsley to taste
  • Lemon-Pepper Mix to taste
  • Olive Oil 1 tablespoon

Grease the inside of the baking dish with olive oil.

Lay out the lasagna sheets.

Place the tomato sauce with basil in a bowl.

Add ketchup and chili sauce to it. Mix well.

Spread a thin layer of filling (about 8 mm) on the lasagna sheets.

Spread the meat filling with tomato sauce.
