Ingredients
- Cabbage 5 oz
- Celery 5 oz
- Zucchini 5 oz
- Broccoli 5 oz
- Green Beans 5 oz
- Garlic 0 oz
- Olive Oil ⅓ ml
- Dried Red Pepper a pinch
- Coarse Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the vegetables and tear the leaves into large pieces.
Step 2
Mix the vegetables, garlic, olive oil, and dried red pepper (to taste) in a deep, heavy-bottomed skillet using your hands or tongs; season generously with salt and mix again.
Step 3
Place the skillet over low heat.
Step 4
Stew the vegetables for 1½ to 2 hours until they are soft and well-cooked, checking their condition and stirring every half hour.
Step 5
Season with salt and serve hot or cooled to room temperature.
